Yoga classes for kids

Children can learn yoga at this camp that begins on April 17

The Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram is conducting a two-week yoyga summer camp for children. The programme will commence from April 17 and go on till April 29.

The children will be introduced to asanas and stories from Indian culture between 7.30 a.m. and 9 a.m. They will be taught chanting at Vedavani, a unit of the mandiram, between 4 and 5 in the evening.

The fee for the morning yoga sessions is Rs. 500 and the evening chanting sessions is Rs. 250, and yoga and Vedic chanting, Rs. 700. Registrations will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
