Ace composer Rahman whips up a song for Worldspace

Master musician A.R. Rahman is all set to become the brand ambassador of Worldspace Inc. As part of the company's advertising and promotional activity, Rahman will produce an exclusive Worldspace song and endorse the audio enterprise's products. Rahman's tunes did wonders for a mobile phone company. Will it spell success for Worldspace too?

Worldspace has more than 40 high-quality digital channels that deliver a variety of branded and commercial-free content , including jazz, rock, pop, classical and country. Its Indian programming includes two Indian classical stations - Shruti (Carnatic) and Gandharv (Hindustani), as well as regional Indian stations, namely Tara (Bengali), KL Radio (Tamil), Sparsha (Kannada), RM Radio (Malayalam), Spandana (Telugu) and Tunak Punjabi (Punjabi) and a Spiritual and Wellness station, Moksha, among others.
