A portrait of Fardeen Khan

THE FUTURE Fardeen Khan: `I will be getting into production'
Fardeen Khan's interview is a breeze. Like his screen appearances. Excerpts:
On forthcoming films and multi-starrers: Pyare Mohan in which my co-stars are Vivek Oberoi, Esha Deol and Amrita Rao, is scheduled for release in April. Besides, I have four films coming up, including "Honeymoon" and "Idhar Udhar" (with Riteish Deshmukh). Yes, multi-starrers are in. They are good as long as the scripts deserve a big star cast.
Bollywood is where he belongs: I knew it when I was doing college in the U.S. I was specialising in `Business of Films.' So, sooner or later, I will be getting into production. I already have a few scripts in mind.
Ups and downs in his career: I've learnt a lot from successes and failures. I'm keeping my eyes and ears open.
On Friday mornings: No more Friday morning anxiety. Now it's Monday morning blues. That's when the fate of films is decided.
What style means to him: Clothes should make a man look like a man. They should be simple and to the point. It's about you wearing them, not them wearing you.
Life after marriage: (He recently married Natasha, daughter of yesteryear star Mumtaz) Oh yes, it's changed definitely in some ways. You look beyond yourself. It's not just me any more. I know I'm responsible for someone else's life and happiness too.
