Jeevan is back

Remember Jeevan, the stylish villain in Gautham Menon's "Kaakha Kaakha"? After taking a sabbatical, the tall, dark hero is back with the Susi Ganeshan-directed "Thiruttu Payale" with Sonia Aggarwal in the female lead. Jeevan plays a guy from the Chennai slums who falls in love with an Indian girl in Australia. Says Ganeshan: "It is an action thriller with a difference, shot mostly in Australia." Sonia has gone in for an image change and wears glamorous clothes, including a swimsuit, in the film. Bharadwaj's music, especially the number "Poi Sollaporen...", has become a chartbuster. The film is scheduled for release on Tamil New Year day (April 14).
