Keep the heat at bay with some cool, cool juices that make good health drinks too.
Papaya tango
Ingredients
Papaya (peeled, de-seeded
and cut into small pieces)- 2cups
Watermelon (peeled,
De-seeded and cut into small
pieces)- 1 cup
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Crushed ice- few
Method
Put all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth (You can use little water if required). Strain. Add lemon juice and mix well. Add some crushed ice and pour the juice over it and serve.
Beet treat
Ingredients
Beetroot (cut into small pieces) 1-cup
Carrots (cut into small pieces) 1-cup
Apple (cored and cut into pieces)-1 cup
Crushed ice
Method
Blend all the ingredients using water till smooth. Strain and serve with crushed ice.
Power Beverage
Ingredients
Apple (cored and cut into pieces)- 1
Pineapple slices- 3
Grapes-1/2 cup
Orange- 1
Method
Squeeze the juice from all the fruits and mix together. Serve with crushed ice.
