The Madikeri Chambers of Commerce and Industry, in association with the Coorg Eco-Tourism Promotion, has organised a Coorg Tourism-cum-Coffee Festival on April 15.

The fest will provide a forum where the tourism industry and the plantation sector, including home stay ventures, to explore joint opportunities.

The festival will showcase strategies adopted by resorts, hotels, travel agencies and adventure tourism operators to promote tourism. A Coorg food festival will also be a part of the fest.The aim is also to focus on the culture of Coorg, Coorg jewellery, arts and handicrafts and so on.
