New Khan on the block

Yet another son joins the Bollywood `Khan'daan

Haider Khan

So another Khan is joining the gang in the film industry. It is Haider Khan, the youngest son of Tahir Khan and brother of Aamir Khan. He makes his foray with his debut film Sirf Romance... Love by Chance . The movie, produced by Deepak Sharma of D.S. Productions and directed by Raja Bundela, is made especially for the teenagers. It will tell them how to cope with the generation gap.

"It deals with the teenager's mind when he is in a dilemma while trying to satisfy both his family and friends," says the director.

Apart from debutant artist Haider Khan, the two-hour movie also stars well-known actors such as Raj Babbar and Kanwaljeet. Hinglish has been used for the title so as to make it sound catchy and interesting.

This is the third film directed by Bundela. He has directed Pratha and the Game of Chess, the latter being an English film that starred Hollywood actors such as Kaize Golan and Mary Ulanga. The director is confident that Haider will reach the pinnacle in the industry like his elder brother. Haider Khan is all excited about his debut film. "Acting has always been in my blood. I actively participated in dramatics during my school days," he says.

In the movie, he plays the role of a romantic boy named Neel. He wants to be portrayed as a romantic hero .

Apart from acting, Haider enjoys watching movies and reading fiction. He has not signed any more movies for now.

"I want to thoroughly concentrate on this film and not divert my mind," he reasons.
