Need for speed

"Hockey anyone?" (April 17), was interesting to read.

We reigned supreme in the game from 1928 to the 70s. Sadly now we are somewhere in the bottom rung of the ladder. While the rest of the world plays a robust fast game, we still continue to stick to the old dribble and stick-work style.

We should have a Hockey Academy where promising players can be given intensive coaching. That is the only way we can regain our past glory in hockey.
