Yoga for well being

Sri Sri Ravishankar's newly launched workshop Sri Sri Yoga will be conducted in Chennai from May 15 to 19. It offers a multi-path approach to unite body, breath and mind with awareness. While a combination of gentle and vigorous asanas restores the well being of the body, equal emphasis is laid on the techniques to nurture the mind and spirit.

Shri Kashiji, a direct disciple of Sri Sri Ravishankar, will be conducting the sessions in the city. There will be two sessions at T. Nagar Vidyodaya Auditorium, 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and one session in the evening at the Anna Adarsh College Auditorium, Anna Nagar, 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. Those aged above 14 can register for the workshop. The fee is Rs. 500.
