In an attempt to introduce new ways of interacting with its consumers, hair care brand from Hindustan Lever Limited, Sunsilk placed mobile salons across the country. Over five weekends, 75,808 women flocked to the salons named, `Just For You Zones' to get silky, soft tresses by using the latest variants of Sunsilk.
Hair grooming
Last year, Sunsilk entered the Limca Book of Records for the highest number of hair washes done over a limited period of time. The certified total was 26,712 washes. The `Just For You Zones' offered consumers a platform to get tips on hair grooming, styling and managing it at no cost by hair experts from Habib's. Adding to the experience, Sunsilk hair expert, Jawed Habib visited some of these zones on select weekends and some consumers even managed to get a personal hair consultation.
Says a company spokesperson, "With changing lifestyle habits, consumers are more conscious of hair grooming and other hair care aspects. Through `Sunsilk Just For You Zones', we want to build a stronger connect with our consumers."
