For a creative future

To translate creative ideas into sound business

If you've got a great creative idea with strong business potential, get set to go places. The Creative Future Program, a new programme from the British Council, developed with the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, leading UK experts and the Commonwealth Business Council, will put twenty finalists through a two-week residential course.

You will learn how to turn a creative idea into a viable business proposition, meet like-minded people, network with experts in your field and gain confidence to take the next step. The best will go on to the U.K. to gain experience, interact with experts and pitch their ideas at investors in India and the U.K.

Applications are invited from individuals in the age group 18-35 from across the creative sector, including advertising, architecture, crafts, designer fashion, film and video, interactive leisure software, including computer games, music, performing arts - comedy, dance, theatre and the like, photography, publishing, radio, software, television, traditional Indian art forms and visual arts among others.

Visit www.britishcouncil.org.in/creativefuture to download the application form and find out more.

The last date for receiving applications is May 6.
