RDB in Telugu

Krrish will not be the only recent Hindi film to be dubbed in Telugu and Tamil. UTV has plans to dub one of this year's biggest hits, Rang De Basanti, in both Telugu and Tamil languages. Is this a move to cash in on the sizeable fan base that Aamir and Siddharth have in the south? Well, it makes us wonder whether they would be takers considering that the Hindi version of RDB has been running successfully in the city. Ashutosh Gowarikar tried dubbing Swades in Tamil as Desam. The film sank without a trace!
