Musi-Care 2006, a 12-hour non-stop gospel music event, will take place on May 12

Musi-Care Cultural and Charitable Trust is organising a 12-hour non-stop gospel music programme for peace, unity and charity. The event titled `Musi Care 2006' is to be held at St. George's Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School ground, opposite Pachaiappa's College on May 12, 6 p.m. till 6 a.m. on May 13. Entry is free.

The show will feature famous gospel singers, playback singers, leading choirs who will sing in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and English. There will also be skits to liven up the atmosphere and choreography. A midnight candle light prayer will be a highlight of the event which has been taking place since 2001. Food stalls will also be put up at the venue.
