Can you suggest a diet for a glowing skin?

Many different factors determine the health and appearance of your skin, including heredity, weather, daily skin care, diet and physical activity. A person's daily diet should include foods from all food groups, especially fresh fruits and vegetables distributed among proper meals, i.e. three main meals and two snacks. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day, follow a 30 minute moderate exercise regime three to four times a week, and pamper your skin by cleaning and moisturising it at night before sleeping. Be stress free, relax, and `feel positive inside and feel good to look good.'

I have a problem with split ends and I don't know what to do. Is there any solution to split ends?

Any chemical or physical trauma inflicted on the hair, even overly vigorous brushing, may eventually lead to split ends. Unfortunately, you cannot mend split ends. The only way to get rid of them is to trim your hair every four weeks. Follow this with deep-conditioning treatments in order to keep hair supple and flexible. Use good conditioners and when you blow dry your hair, use low to medium heat. This maintenance routine should ensure that split ends don't crop up at all.

I am a 23-year-old girl. I have a serious problem of hair loss. This is troubling me more as I will be getting married in two months. I am under proper medical treatment and it is helping, but please suggest which oil I should use for this problem.

First of all, stop worrying! A certain amount of hair loss every day is normal. Keep in mind that hair loss gets aggravated due to mental and physical tension. So relax and take your medical treatment properly, eat a well-balanced diet and take good care of your hair. You can also try using a mixture of castor oil, olive oil and almond oil. Heat the mixture and massage your scalp lightly and thoroughly with it, using circular movements with the fingertips. Leave the oil on for half an hour and wash it off with a mild shampoo. This procedure should be followed twice or thrice a week to give you results. In the meantime, continue to consult your doctor and follow his/her recommendations.
