Jimmy khand sheekh kabab

Ingredients:

Jimmy khand: 1/2 kilo

Channa dal, boiled: 1/2 cup
Garlic: 6
Cardamoms: 4
Pepper corns: 6
Red chillies: 6
Cloves: 5
Ginger: 1 inch piece
Large onion: 1
Egg: 1

Salt to taste & Oil to fry

6 sticks to makee sheekh kababs.

Method: Peel, wash and grate jimmy khand. Mix half teaspoon salt and keep aside for half an hour and let the water drain. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with squashed jimmy khand and grind in mixer to a fine paste. Divide the mixture into six parts with the help of water or oil, wrap each portion on the stick and give the shape of sheekh kababs and keep aside. Heat tawa or pan spread little oil and place kababs — two at a time — on it, and fry both sides till golden brown. Prepare all seekh-kababs like this. Serve hot with green chutney, tomato sauce onion circles and lemon twists.
