Shower in style

STAY CHIC A model at the launch of Kohler store in New Delhi

In today's world when there is an ever-growing interest in most people to lead an elegant life style, one is often found ready to spend more and more to make the house look beautiful. And this doesn't get restricted to just the living room but extends to the bedroom, the kitchen and even the bathroom.

Keeping this idea well-etched in mind comes Kohler, a brand in kitchen and bath products, with a new range of bathroom fittings.

The range includes fancy faucets, toilet seats in many colours, showers, water tiles besides an array of sleek bathroom furniture.

Talking about the aim behind the range, David Kohler, the company's President, says, "The Kohler company is on a mission of gracious living." He says the brand wants to establish its presence in the Indian market with the launch of a wide range of durable and classy products. Giving an assurance on its quality and style, David says, "We at Kohler are constantly redefining luxury, comfort and functionality in the bathroom through our innovative and gracious bath designs. We are sure that the Indian customer will enjoy the innovation."

Giving a perspective on Indian needs, Sharad Mathur, Vice President, Kohler India, says that keeping in mind the oft-faced problems like dripping of tap wares and the corrosion of the material, "the company has come up with faucets made up of PVD technique that can last a lifetime. In fact, Kohler is giving a lifetime drip free warranty on its faucets." It has just opened its first store at Delhi's Greater Kailash Part II.

With a price range that starts at Rs.1600 and goes up to a staggering five lakh for a shower system, the US-based company obviously has the Indian elite in mind.
