Pressure or talent

Crunch them young?

If you push a child in his formative years to perform beyond his endurance, his spirit will die. The so-called scintillating show will sink without a trace. This also amounts to exploitation and abuse of poverty stricken children like performing circus animals. The haggard looks, the tiresome appearance, the sparkle-less eyes and the total absence of childish impishness on the face of the tiny Budhia Singh bear ample testimony to this fact. Pushing the child to reluctant exertions will ultimately extinguish the talent apart from stunting his normal growth in other directions
