Foster talent

It's a big no-no. Children should not be pushed towards setting records.

They should be allowed to enjoy their childhood and have the liberty to learn and do things at their own pace. Parents should be aware of the strengths and weaknesses of their children.

Providing an environment that would foster their strengths and overcome weaknesses would be a better option than pressurising them to set records.
