Is today's lifestyle affecting youngsters' health?

Go for a perfect platter

From school-going children to working people, everyone follows wrong eating patterns. Children watch advertisements and demand junk food. Parents usually give in and most children end up snacking through the day. School canteens too sell such short-eats. Those working in IT companies with their unpredictable schedules also depend on such food items. They eat more but burn fewer calories because of their inactive lifestyle. Late-light parties and aerated drinks cause diabetes, cardio-vascular diseases and arthritis. Youngsters, be alert!
