Is today's lifestyle affecting youngsters' health?

Parents' crucial role

Lifestyle affects the social health of youngsters. Today boys and girls mature at an early age and need their own personal space which is of course recommended for their well being. Parents' role is crucial as they should take extra care while handling the lifestyle-related problems of their children. It might be embarrassing to talk about sexual feelings. Studies have shown that youngsters want to discuss these things with their parents. It is better for them to get facts right from parents rather than lies and misinformation from peers. As a process of socialisation, parents should explain to their children the pros and cons of a lifestyle.
