Is today's lifestyle affecting youngsters' health?

Life sans charm

A big yes. Not one, there are many factors that affect youngsters' health. Sedantary lifestyle, lack of space for outdoor games, eating junk food and erratic eating habits lead to obesity and early onset of diabetes. Sitting long hours before the computer and television, long hours of study cause eye strain, defective vision and recurrent headache. Commuting long distances to college leads to backache. Setting high targets for themselves to score well in exams and peer pressure make them tense and psychologically upset individuals. Also immoral websites and immoral content in serials are influencing the mind of the young and are responsible for decreasing values in society. In the process, the charm of childhood and youth is lost.
