Is today's lifestyle affecting youngsters' health?

For a healthy tomorrow

If someone posed that question to me, I would answer in one word — `Depends'. The answer to this question is related to the lifestyle followed by each youngster. The lifestyle of those who are constantly plugged to a MP3, are glued to the computer screen, work in shifts at call centres, do not eat nutritious food and at regular hours and spend all their income on material comforts is definitely a matter of concern. On the other hand, there are also those who are aware of the fallout of a sedentary lifestyle and keep looking for ways to ensure their physical and mental well being. Unfortunately, most youngsters belong to the first category. Their self-indulgence, huge expectations and jam-packed routine do not speak of a healthy tomorrow. Start right away. Self-help is the best.
