Nothing to cheer about


Aerated drinks, spicy fried food, several cups of tea and coffee, smoking, boozing and late night parties — today's lifestyle, health wise, has nothing much to cheer about. I am reminded of an Arabian saying: He who hath good health is young, and he who owes nothing is rich.
