Turning point

Scores in higher secondary examinations matters a lot. The percentage scored by students in Class XII decides their course of higher education. The marks scored in the entrance exams are only a small addition. Till last year, BITS Pilani was absorbing students purely based on their score in Class XII.

Reputed companies demand good performances in classes X and XII and graduation. So, it has become important in recruitments too.

Though an unwelcome policy, students are being constantly rejected for want of high scores at this level.
