Here comes "Grand Master"

Vijay TV is launching a game show "Grand Master", which is a remake of the popular show "Aswamedham" on Kairali TV. The show will be conducted by G. S. Pradeep, who also anchored "Aswamedham". Pradeep, a proficient orator, is known in Kerala for his intellectual and analytical skills. Popularly referred to as the `reverse quiz master', he has also been featured in the Limca Book of Records.

In "Grand Master", the contestant can think of any prominent person from anywhere in the globe, alive or dead and Pradeep will find out the name of that person through 21 questions. At a time one contestant can occupy the hot seat and play the game with the Grand Master.

Exciting cash prizes can be won at different stages of the game. If the Grand Master loses to a contestant three times in a row, the contestant can take home a mega prize of Rs. one lakh. Gayathri Jayaram will co-anchor the show, which will be telecast from June 12 (9.30 to 10 p.m., Monday to Thursday).

The celebrities who will play with Pradeep in the coming weeks are "Kadhal" Sandhya, Diya, Pandu, Ilavarasan, Mohan Vaidhya, Gayathri Raguram, Fathima Babu and lyricist Na. Muthukumar.
