A singer again!

Debutant Vvicky releases his album "Chupke Se"

BLOWING HIS TRUMPET Vvicky has undergone training in singing

Vvicky is a debutant singer who believes in both hard work and destiny. That explains the two Vs in his name. This new singer has been performing on the stage from the tender age of five when others play with toys. His album Chupke Se, he says, has all the colours of life, from soft romantic to peppy numbers. A true blue Delhiite, he believes that the effort is what matters and fear of rejection must not deter you from trying. "I am nervous, conscious and delighted at the same time as my first album hits the market. Had I been scared of the competition, I would have never taken this step," asserts Vvicky. His first guru being his father, convincing the family was never an issue. , He also got tremendous support from the music Company, GTM Group.

First training

Quiz him about the song from his album that is closest to his heart and he answers diplomatically, "They all are close to my heart, but yes, a singer relates to soft romantic numbers as they are straight from the heart while peppy songs are music and beat oriented where you can use techno sounds, harmonise your voice." Beauty is certainly in the eyes of this beholder who gets motivation from the exquisiteness around him, be it nature or its creation. He believes that his songs will make the listener feel the passion of love. He learned his first musical notes from guru Laxmi Narayan and is currently under Chamanlal Handa.

Extremely inspired by Sonu Nigam, he says, "It is not just his melodious voice or his adaptation as a playback singer but the most stirring fact is that he is a self-made man. Coming from no musical background, he climbed the success ladder with his talent. He is definitely my icon." The Bollywood music industry is his next destination and he is all set to fight the cutthroat competition. Not pointing out any single music director, he plays safe as a newcomer, although attributes it to the learning process. Also, the competition, according to him, has improved the output, as listeners have more choices now.

Commenting on Himesh Reshammiya's singing style, he says, "If the crowd is screaming out someone's name, you cannot deny his popularity."
