Kicking around

Football and women definitely go hand in hand as is brought out clearly in the article Who says they aren't kicked? (Metroplus, June 21, 2006). It is time the stereotypical football widow is freed from her shackles and allowed to take her rightful place. The article raises pertinent questions of the status of women and constantly shifting power equations. The easy style made the article a joy to read.
