Taking them on

Taking the corporate battle out of the boardrooms and out in the open is the poplar Microsoft Corporate Challenge — back this year again. The "networking" event will kick off in Cochin on August 31 and will be on till September 3.

The action-packed three-day event is set to attract over 40 companies from all over the country to test some team dynamics. The challenge is based on a competitive non-linear format that extends across multiple stages. Teams are pitted head to head in a series of physical and mental challenges.

The competition is open to all organisations/corporates, across business and industry domains like banking, IT, telecom, construction, armed forces, manufacturing, marketing etc. Seven-member teams are allowed (with at least two women team-members and one senior executive). The participating fee for each team is around Rs. 5,00,000 (plus taxes) that includes air travel, accommodation, food, event gear and equipment.

The last date for registration is July 31. For forms log on to www.corporatechallenge.in.
