A salad and grill festival is now on at Baci

For those with a weakness for Italian food, Baci has something new to offer its diners. Placed at Sunder Nagar in New Delhi, Baci these days is hosting a salad and grill festival.

Going by its name, Baci, which means kisses in Italian, this ristorante is a warm, sunlit terrace. Fresh salads with yummy grill dishes are what it is proud to offer this summer.

In grills, you have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Enjoy the juicy Spideni di Maiale, grilled pork skewers with red wine jus or the Spiedini di Pollo, grilled chicken skewers with white wine jus'.

Seafood too

But if you want a bit of sea on your plate, then enjoy the salmone grigliato, grilled salmon steak, or the Gamboreoni alla griglia, grilled prawns.

The vegetarians need not lose heart at all as Baci has some excellent vegetable grills too.

You can go for a Spiedni di Vegetali, fresh grilled vegetables on skewers, or for the more audacious Vegetali grigliati con risotto al vino rosso, grilled vegetables accompanied with red wine risotto.

Try the salads, not just for the taste but for the variety of colours. With interesting colours, flavours and dressings, Baci's Insalata alla Peppe and Felix salads are interesting though you can try the much tried and tested Caesar Salad too. Though taken as a side dish, in Italy, salads are a perfect meal in themselves.

Says Andre, Baci's owner, "Delhi is too hot. To give our customers some cool, hale and hearty eating options, we have come out with the concept of salad and grill festival in summer."
