Hero returns

"Superman Returns", the big Hollywood summer special, which released yesterday, including Chennai where one can watch it in RDX (Sathyam Cinemas). Brandon Routh takes over as Clark Kent alias Superman, first played by Chris Reeve. In a press note issued by Warner Brothers, the producers, Routh says, "Chris Reeve is my superman. It is a great honour for me to step into his shoes (here Superman costume) and be part of a legacy." Superman is just not any comic book hero; he is the quintessential superhero who fights against injustice. Kate Bosworth appears as Lois Lane and the great actor Kevin Spacy is said to be extraordinary as the evil Lex Luther.
