GREAT SPREAD The festival showcases Awadhi and Lucknowi cuisine.
The Taj Manjuran in Mangalore specialises in pampering people with culinary delights from all over the world. They have especially been bringing in lesser-known Indian cuisine to this part of the country. That's how Mangaloreans have come to savour Mexican chilli, Italian pasta, American burger and a variety of Chinese, Peshawari and Afghani delicacies over the last two years during special festivals held by the restaurant. Taj Manjuran has brought culinary delights from Mapilla, Amchi Mumbai and Andhra too.
Right now, the ongoing food festival at the hotel has internationally-acclaimed Master Chef Siddiqui and Chef Saifia Siddiqui from the land of Nawabs, Lucknow, teasing the taste buds of people with their delectable Awadhi specialities and succulent Lucknowi kebabs. An array of these mouth-watering specialities are available in the exotic buffet offer that concludes today at Cardamom, during dinner hours.
Some of the all-time favourites available are kakori kebab, galawati kebab, murgh tikka, mirza hasnu, shaami kebab, nutki kebab, murgh Awadh korma, nahari gosht, gobhi musallam, baingan mirch ka salan and lots more.
Kebabs and curries spread on buffet can be relished during dinner hours at Cardamom from 7.30 p.m. onwards. M. RAGHURAM
