The noted stage director and actor, K. Venkateswara Rao, formally introduced Rowji and P. Rajendra Prasad of VPT, conducted the proceedings.

The director, Vignana Vihara of Gudilova, D. Rama Krishna Rao delivering the ceremonial address, spoke evocatively on the age-old Bharatiya Samskruthi.

While the secretary of the host organisation, principal, Nrutyakala Bharathi of the BVK, Avasarala Rukmaji Rao presented the annual report, vice-president, Jampana Kumara Varma proposed a vote of thanks and presented mementos to the guests, Ramakrishna Rao, Rajendra Prasad and Dr. Perala.
