TASTY DELIGHTS Chef making kebabs at the food festival in Hotel Green Park

`The Meadows' is playing the perfect host for the `Kebabs & Biryani' festival which got underway at the Green Park on Wednesday.

The highlight of the festival is the live "on the spot" cooking of Hyderabadi biryanis along with kebabs (non-veg & veg), filling the atmosphere with exotic aromas and flavours.

The succulent non-veg and veg kebabs include mutton goli kebab, murgh malai kebab, tandoor chicken tikka, tandoori aloo Amritsari, paneer shai tikka, tawa chicken keema khaleji, mutton dum biryani, prawn biryani. Jilebi, malpua and gulab jamun are sure to cater to the tastes of the sweet tooth.

Fresh sugarcane juice, made on the spot, and lassi offer a cool relief.

The guests can help themselves as much as they want.

For the fun-loving crowd, Green Park's in-house band `Rhythm and Taal" churns out hit numbers in Hindi and Telugu. The jovial types can shake a leg on the dance floor and win prizes.

The festival will be on till Sunday.
