It's the right time to splurge

Your wardrobe may be bursting with the best of silks and cottons, but is there any stopping you when there is a new sale in town? So, get set for the sale of saris by Sharanyas boutique from Chennai.

The sale, at Badami Party Hall in J.P. Nagar II Phase, brings to the city saris in a range of fabrics from pure silk to cotton. They come in many colours, from pastels to vivid classical shades.

Among the particularly unique pieces at the sale are saris which have on them Madhubani and Warli work and abstract designs on twill-twisted tussar, crape, chiffons and georgettes. There are also Kanchi silk saris, some with contemporary designs and sequins. Silk-bordered Rasipuram and Chettinad cotton saris (with blouses) are also available. Some of them come with kundan and badla work.

Also on display are cotton salwar sets with appliqué designs and gold prints.

The sale is at Badami Party Hall, No. 916, 9th Cross, Phase II, JP Nagar (opposite R.V. Dental College) from July 23 to 26 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
