The second edition of the QFI Open Quiz will be held on July 30

If you feel it's time to test your memory, here is a contest you could participate in. The Quiz Foundation of India (Chennai) is conducting the second edition of the QFI Open Quiz at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, 37/39, East Mada Street, Mylapore, on July 30.
The QFI is one of the oldest quizzing communities in the country and the QFI Open Quiz is one of the most entertaining and informative quizzes. The first such quiz by the QFI was a success with over 150 teams showing up last year, says Gopal Kidao, secretary QFI. This edition will also have a mix of contemporary and classical quizzing. The preliminary round will take place at 9.30 a.m. and the finals at 11 a.m. Participants should be present at the venue at 9 a.m. A maximum of three members can form a team. There is no registration fee or process. Teams need to simply land up on July 30 and take part.
