Are Weddings becoming extravagant?

Think practically

During my school days, it was the feast that would come to my mind every time someone mentioned `marriage'. But sadly, today weddings have turned extravagant beyond imagination. What particularly irks me is the huge amount spent on the bride and the groom's wardrobe. Why waste money on flashy and expensive clothes, which you might probably not wear again?
