John gets tough

He plays a TV personality in his next film

John Abraham

John Abraham is quite upbeat these days. With Taxi No: 9211, and Zinda having done well at the box office, the year 2006 has been lucky for John. And yet another movie that this handsome actor is quite excited about is Kabul Express, slated to hit the screens later this year.

About his experience with the film, John says, "Shooting for Kabul Express was a different experience." While shooting for this movie, he "realised what difficult roles journalists need to play." The film, directed by Kabir Khan, is set in post 9/11 Afghanistan. The movie traces a 48-hour car drive in the war-ravaged country. While John plays a TV director in the film, his co-star Arshad plays a cameraman.
