A superstore for office too!

With a view to revolutionise the office supplies segment in India, Office 1 Superstore, an established brand with a presence across five continents, has made a quiet entry into the Indian market, in collaboration with Indo Rama Retail Holdings.

Its new showroom in New Delhi's Connaught place, its first in India, boasts of a variety of goods for the discerning.

Vishal Lohia, Executive Director, Indo Rama Retail Holdings, says, "We aim to provide the customers with a superior, convenient and value-for-money shopping experience. Office 1 Superstore will not only cater to the needs of the customers by providing quality services, but will also help to organise the office supplies market in India."

Different categories

With a stock of different categories of office supplies and over a 100 national and international brands, Mike Schmidt, Chief Operation Officer, Office 1 Superstore international feels, "it would give a wide range of options to the customers to choose from."

The products and services here range from stationery, office supplies, computer peripherals, furniture to gifts and souvenirs, pantry and housekeeping products, electronics, copying, laminating, printing services and lots more.

Doorstep delivery too

Office 1 superstore aims to capture two to five per cent of the Rs.2000-crore office supplies market in India.

Unlike the current Indian system with dependence on multiple buyers, lack of transparency and uncertified quality, Office 1 Superstore promises to be a customer friendly respite to the office supplies sector that mostly depends on the grey market.

Personalised customer service with a clear exchange policy, regular MIS reports for frequent buyers and prompt doorstep delivery (free for all orders above Rs.500) are all aimed at establishing the brand as the preferred choice among customers.

There's more, its online portal (www.Office1.in) also provides uncluttered access for a hassle free shopping at the click of a button.

With a budget of Rs.25 to 30 crores for its development plants, Vishal says the company hopes to establish a strong presence in northern India before making a foray in southern and western India in due course.
