FOR SEAFOOD LOVERS Prawns Biryani
The Terrace, Leela Kovalam, presents the Leela group's master Indian chef Farman Ali Qureishi. He will take gourmets for a 10-day gastronomic journey, exploring the different varieties of Biryanis from all over the country. His menus at Jamavar, Leela Palace Bangalore, have become famous all over the world. Farman offers a wide range of biryanis to choose from.
From Gosht Hyderabadi Biryani with succulent lamb to Jheenga Biryani with fresh tiger prawns... the flavour of the festival is Biryanis. Vegetarians can opt for Subz Biryani made from garden fresh seasonal vegetables.
All the Biryanis will be served with unique raita and salan along with a whole range of home-made pickles.
Complementing Farman's special Biryanis will be rare wines. The biryanis will be offered in the buffet and as part of the a-la-carte menu as well. The Biryani buffet (with a glass of wine or beer) will cost Rs. 790 for one person while the average price of Biryani on the a-la-carte menu would be around Rs. 350 for one. The fete will conclude on August 5.
