Drive away your blues

Blaupunkt, the market leader in the in-car entertainment has introduced Maui MP36 car radio. It offers connections for preamps, subwoofers and external audio sources such as MP3 players and iPods .

It is claimed that it combines beauty and functionality with an easy to read vario colour display, chrome highlights and four-way piano rockers.

The unit is iPod ready too, so with an optional interface, it is possible to play all the songs through the head unit. The CD drive plays CDs burnt with compressed MP3 files or Window audio files in WMA format.

The unit can optionally be upgraded by a steering-wheel-mounted remote control and can also be combined with a CD changer.

The product is priced at Rs.8950.
