Pogo awards
The Pogo Amazing Kids Awards is back with its third edition. And this year the organisers say that they will be presented in a new serialised format. The awards will be across 19 episodes and kids will contend for the title in eight categories including arts, sports, music, singing, dance, genius, leadership and entertainment.
The episodes of the programme will spread over seven weeks and will include viewer polls. There will be two sections — Voice Awards and Kids Awards.
Like every year, the channel, for the Kids Awards, is inviting nominations from parents and principals of meritorious kids as well as self-nominations from children. Entries are open to all Indians up to 14 years of age. Kids can collect their entry forms from either any of the Bata outlets or by logging on to www.pogo.tv or by sending an SMS to 8558.
The Voice Awards will enable children from all over India to vote for their favourite celebrity icons from amongst nominees in various award categories. Kids can send in their votes online via www.pogo.tv, via SMS or visit the special voting booths set up in various cities.
