Savour delicacies from the various States at `Flavours of India' festival at Courtyard by Marriott

Paprika, the all-day dining restaurant at Courtyard by Marriott, is hosting a food festival titled "Flavours of India" from August 4 to 15. What makes the festival interesting is the menu, which comprises cuisines from all over the country.
A cuisine of one State will be served every evening at the dinner buffet. On August 4, the focus will be on Tamil Nadu; it's Rajasthani on August 5, and Hyderabadi on August 6. On August 7, one can savour dishes from Gujarat and Maharashtra. It's Goan delicacies on August 8 and Bengali goodies on August 9. On August 10, sample Kashmiri specialties and on August 11 check out the spicy Andhra fare. On August 12, Punjabi food will take centre stage while Awadhi cuisine will be featured on August 13. The festival concludes with Kerala cuisine.
Some of the delicacies served at the festival include kozhi mellagu curry and meen moilee from Kerala, chicken cafreal and xacuti from Goa, laal mans and gatta curry from Rajasthan, mirapakai kodi and bendakai pulusu from Andhra Pradesh, mutton kolhapuri and amti from Maharashtra.
On August 15, the restaurant will serve a grand Sunday Brunch featuring cuisines across the country to celebrate Independence Day.
The average cost per person will be Rs 500 during the dinner buffets and the average cost per person for the brunch on the August 15 will be Rs. 495 (excluding alcohol) and Rs. 695.
