Add eggs to your idli and savour `Egg cake'

Spicy Egg Cake

Ingredients:

Eggs: 6
Coconut, grated: 1/2 cup
Bengal gram, roasted: 1/2 cup
Red chillies:10
Jeera: 1tsp
Sambar onions: 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Banana leaf: 1

Method:

Grind the ingredients (except egg and leaf) into paste. Mix the paste with the eggs (make as idli batter).

Put the banana leaf on the idli plate, then pour the batter on the leaf. Make cake as idlis. Within ten minutes you will get nice aroma spicy egg cake.
