Cookie making contest

A baking contest for children on August 15

Cookie Man is organising a "Best Bakers Contest" for school children.

As part of the programme, Cookie Man will invite 30 schools to send a team of 30 children each to visit its manufacturing unit at SIDCO Industrial Estate, Ambattur, before August 11.

The children will be taken around the unit. They will also be shown a demonstration of how the cookies are baked.

At the end of the visit, there will be a cookie-related test. Based on their performance, two students from each school will be selected to participate in the "Best Bakers Contest" which will be held on August 15, at the Atrium in Spencer's Plaza. Cookies prepared during the event will be auctioned to raise money for charity.

Chennai-based cookery expert Mallika Badrinath will be one of the judges.
