Evening of song and dance

The Little Theatre's "Don't Stop Us Now" will feature jazz, blues, pop and Latino music and dance

The Little Theatre will present an evening of jazz, blues, pop and Latino music and dance titled "Don't Stop Us Now" on August 11 (7 p.m.) and 12 (3 p.m. and 7 p.m.) at the Museum Theatre, Egmore. The show, produced by Aysha Rau and directed by Deviyani Popy Murali, will feature 10 talented singers. Rahul Gopal will play the drums, Nipun Nair the piano, Ajay Rau the saxophone and Vinodh Rubin the bass guitar.

Mandolin U. Rajesh, Aniruddha on percussion and Anil Srinivasan on the piano will be the guest artistes on August 12. The musical has costumes by designer Chaitanya Rao, sets and lights by Mithran Devanesen and sound by Sudhin Prabhakar. The show has been choreographed by Andrea Jacob.
