I-Day buffet

Taj West End is celebrating Independence Day at the Mynt restaurant and coffee shop with a desi lunch buffet.

The special menu will include exclusive counters that will feature from the north bhatti ka murg, dumba biryani, kabargah; Chettinad varuval kola, Kanchipuram vegetable stew, palakura pappu, bhagare baingan, and appams from the South; potoler dorma, mangso kasha, murgir jhol, and pania from the east; and handi ka booth, amti, Jodhpuri pulao and amrud ki sabzio from the west.

To cater to those with a sweet tooth, the live counters will serve bibinca, dodol, makki ke jamun, makhane ki kheer, yela adai (coconut and rice pancakes) and mysore pak.
