For one and all

FM channels are a hit with people of all ages. Looks like many are shifting their attention from the small screen to the small box. Tidbits on current topics/issues between programmes are better than commercial breaks on television. With more and more private radio channels coming in, the scene is only getting better. One may recall that a decade ago, people used to enjoy the Radio Sangeeth Sammelan programmes on Saturday nights, in which both Carnatic and Hindustani concerts by eminent artistes used to be relayed. Music lovers are waiting for more such programmes.
