Raising babies right

This programme helps develop a child's memory

There probably is more to bringing up babies than changing diapers. Mothers need to introduce the world to infants in a manner that makes it an interesting journey for them. Academicians at Aspire SuperKidz have designed `My Smart Baby', a programme for mothers of kids aged between 3 months and 4 years.

This programme trains mothers to gradually introduce concepts to infants and babies so that it helps develop the faculties of the brain, such as photographic memory and computing skills.

This program, used in several countries, has been `customised' to suit the Indian context.

Under it, children learn using cards with pictures, words and dots.

A day-long workshop of the `My Smart Baby' programme is being held in Coimbatore today. For registration, call 0422-3299961 or 98423-04848.
