The Metropolitan will launch a new speciality restaurant


The latest speciality restaurant to join the bandwagon is The Metropolitan's `Ootuvanji', which promises to offer an authentic Kuttanadan culinary experience. Ootuvanji will serve traditional seafood such as karimeen pollichathu, njandu curry besides typical Kerala fare such as duck roast, kozhi kurumulagu peran, kappa, appam, and idiappam. And these are just some of the dishes on the menu, which promises many more mouth-watering dishes. It is not just the culinary fare that promises to impress, the ambience of the restaurant, which is designed like a `vanji' (catamaran), too will impress.
