The Mega Wedding Show is back next week
|
The Mega Wedding Show, hosted by Marwar magazine, is back from September 1 to 3 at Hotel Ashok.
The Indian wedding industry is estimated at approximately Rs. 75,000 crores and is growing at the rate of 25 per cent each year and the show aims to ease the long drawn-out process of wedding arrangements and shopping.
Everything a bride would need for her trousseau like designer bridal wear, jewellery, fashion accessories, beauty and hair care, items for her new home, linen, gifts and wedding essentials like trousseau packaging, flower decorations and chocolates are showcased by big names in the industry.
"Different services needed for a wedding are available under one roof. As Indians get more global, so do the weddings and themes. Each year one sees funky themes making their way. A wedding show is nothing less than a site for ideas, innovations and trends," says Ritika Bajaj, Editor of Marwar and show organiser.
There will be interactive sessions with experts in different fields, including makeovers, Tai Chi, floral dιcor, cookery and gift packing.
